PET FRIENDLY LODGING IN BRECKENRIDGE

Guests are required to sign the Pampered Pet contract.

Pets must be supervised at all times.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.

Per Summit Country ordinance, pets must be kept on a leash at all times outdoors.

Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.

A nonrefundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet is due in full at time of booking. 

Barking or other naughty pet behavior that disturbs neighbors is not allowed.

Damages, excessive pet hair and additional cleaning costs are not covered by the $150.00 per pet fee.

Dogs are the only pets allowed and there is a two dog maximum limit.
